The brand’s new tag line ‘Pure English Luxury’ was introduced to the market and was well received by both UK and Export customers. The new brand guidelines and on-product branding were welcomed by retailers. On-product branding now includes a customer passport with product registration and care information, a beautifully crafted platform label and a new swatch envelope for consumers. A Duresta branded wheel has also been added to the collection, which allows a permanent but subtle reminder of the product’s pedigree.
Derwent extended the development of its glamorous fabric collection with the introduction of new vibrant and exciting fabric colours and qualities. To support this fabric direction a new model was also launched, Kingston, which takes its design influence from classic styling, but updated to give a contemporary twist. The Kingston range consists of a grand sofa, large sofa and snuggler. The response at the show was excellent with strong orders from independent retailers.
