Duresta has attended the Milan Furniture Fair, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile, for the 17th time since 1995. The company enjoyed an excellent order intake, especially from customers from Russia, China, the Middle East, Australia and Japan, at the April event.
The Salone made its first appearance in 1961, designed to promote Italian furniture and furnishing accessories on the export market. The 2012 show was attended by 292,370 trade operators, 188,579 of whom came from foreign countries; 39,279 members of the general public and 6,484 communication operators.
Clive Kenyon-Brown, CEO of Duresta commented: "We were thrilled with the event and delighted with the continued support from our clients from around the world. Our new models and fabric collections were widely appreciated by new and existing customers, resulting in a highly successful show for our luxury brand."
