We embrace the very latest technology wherever appropriate in our manufacturing operations. This ensures that we can design, cut fabrics, and manufacture frames in a cost efficient manner without compromising ergonomics, quality or detail.

Our design teams make use of Computer Aided Design (CAD) techniques in designing both the external aesthetics of our products as well as the detailed internal construction.

Our manufacturing operations utilise computerised fabric cutting systems to ensure both accuracy and minimisation of waste.

In 2011 we made a major investment in automated wood cutting machinery to improve the quality, accuracy and productivity of our frame manufacturing.
